Very Revd. Msgr. Prof. John Bosco Akam was a man of irrepressible talents who has made invaluable contributions to the history of humanity; a quintessential educationist, philanthropist, philosopher, theologian and industrialist; a strong and reliable think-tank who has leveraged the collective intelligence of forward-thinking educators, literacy leaders, technology developers and authors of this new age. He was a distinguished Professor of Philosophy and a Catholic Priest. For all who know Prof. Msgr. Akam, he was an academic guru and acolossus, yet coming from a humble cradle.

He was the Founder of Tansian University, Umunya, Anambra State – Nigeria; Founder of the famous Konigin Des Friedens College (KFC) Enugu, which has remained a “Primus Inter pares”, the Founder Our Lady Waldenstein Educational Centre, Uga (housing Nursery, Primary and Konigin Des Friedens College, Uga).
